Inclusive Travel Options for Wedding Planners

Although the recession will no doubt take a chunk out of wedding budgets–and eliminate some of the need for wedding planners. However, the couples who can still indulge in hiring a planner may be in the mood for help with honeymoon arrangements. Although there are websites and separate companies set up to do this very thing, a wedding planner who is prepared to offer the service can become a one-stop shop for busy couples.

There may be a variety of reasons why the couple would want to have their wedding planner do it all. For one thing, many weddings today have a theme. Let’s say you have a harried couple that wants a Hawaiian themed wedding. Wonderful! Once you have it all laid out, you find they were too busy to book their own honeymoon in Hawaii and just settled for Montana. You could have done it all for them by being well-versed in Hawaiian honeymoon packages.

Sure, it will require some study on how to book such trips, but it can come in handy for the couple who wants a package trip but not a couple of the specifics within the ones they find online. A couple may want an inclusive trip to Costa Rica, for example, but do not want to participate in all the activities planned. Put together the package yourself, give them a honeymoon they will always remember fondly, and make sure they have plenty of your business cards.

Even the new couple that wants a short trip here in the United States can benefit by having their planner make arrangements. Brides today are often working or going to school full time, some even raising a child at the same time, and balancing their relationship with those obligations–all while trying to get a wedding planned and save money. Who has time to arrange the honeymoon?

You do. Take the heat off the bride, groom, wedding party, and whole family by offering your new services as honeymoon planner.
